2. What data is processed
This site does not collect or store personal data: there is no contact form. You reach us directly via WhatsApp or by booking through Calendly — data is handled on their side and under their terms.
If you consent, this site runs Yandex.Metrica (counter 111094907) and Google Analytics. They collect anonymised usage statistics: pages viewed, referral source, device, on-page behaviour (clicks, scrolling, session recording), together with your IP address and a cookie identifier. Without your consent nothing is loaded and no cookies are set.
There are no advertising trackers on this site. Google Fonts is used to display typefaces — your IP address is transmitted to Google when the page loads (see Google's policy).
2.1. Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies: the site stores only your cookie choice, so the banner is not shown again. No consent required.
Analytics cookies: set by Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics only after you click "Accept". Legal basis — consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The providers (Yandex LLC and Google LLC) act as data processors; data may be processed outside the EEA. IP anonymisation is enabled in Google Analytics.
You can change or withdraw your cookie choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page. After withdrawal nothing is loaded; previously set cookies can be deleted in your browser.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Analytics data is processed to understand which parts of the map are useful and to improve the service. Legal basis — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by clicking "Accept" in the cookie banner. We send no marketing and share nothing with advertising platforms.
4. Storage and access
This site keeps no database of visitors. If you message us on WhatsApp or book a slot via Calendly, your data is processed by those services under their own privacy policies. We use the contact you provide solely to answer your question and never pass it to third parties.
5. Retention
Messenger conversations are kept for as long as you keep them — you can delete them at any time. Analytics data is retained according to the analytics provider's policy.
6. Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and object to processing or withdraw consent to analytics (withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it). Write to the contacts in section 1 — we reply within 30 days.
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority, Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD, aepd.es).
